a) Driving the car by any other than the lessee or his designee
without the proper authorisation by the lessor and under full
responsibility of the lessee.
b) Subletting the car or transporting people against payment.
c) Transporting more than the maximum allowed number of passengers.
d) Overloading the car, transporting animals, combustible,
explosive, bad smelling or dangerous materials.
e) The use of the car in races, speed trials or competitions,
or to push or tow other vehicles or trailers.
f) Driving the car away from roads or highways commonly used
by cars of this type.
g) Driving the car in a dangerous or careless manner, under
the influence of any substance or illness, which might impair
the driver's physical or psychological state or his reflexes.
h) Removing the car from the island or mainland territory where
the contract was signed, without express written permission
by the lessor.
i) Leaving any object on view in the car in a public place,
which could lead to subsequent breaking or forcing of doors
or windows, and robbery.
